To facilitate the Digital Collage for students, teachers, charity volunteers and/or the general public, become a voluntary facilitator.

Licenses

Aurélien Déragne and Yvain Mouneu are the two co-authors of the "Fresque du Numérique" (Digital Collage), and this workshop is protected by copyright law. The co-authors have transferred the exploitation rights of this workshop to the association "La Fresque du Numérique" to enable wider dissemination and raise awareness among as many people as possible. The use of the workshop must comply with the rules set by the association.

Basic rules

The Digital Collage is licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC-ND . It can be used in a non-profit or professional context (defined below), provided that the following rules are respected:

  • No modification of the workshop is allowed: no removal, addition, or modification of the cards in the game.
  • The workshop is designed to last half a day, i.e. at least 2,5 hours. It cannot be delivered in less than 2,5 hours (except for the junior version), as this would compromise quality.
  • The workshop must be facilitated using a collective intelligence approach, following the main steps of the format, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16 participants per facilitator (2 groups of 8).
  • The association “La Fresque du Numérique” must be credited during any session, and no partnership with another entity may be announced or implied without explicit approval from the association.

In the case of a session*

  • with a non-profit, general public, private context (friends, family, etc.), or within initial education (students & teachers)
  • AND internal, volunteer-based, or compensated under €200 excl. tax

The facilitator must comply with the basic rules (mentioned above) as well as the following conditions:

= Non-profit use

In the case of a session*

  • with a professional audience (excluding teachers participating in a work-related context, even outside working hours/location)
  • OR a session billed ≥ €200 excl. tax

The facilitator must comply with the basic rules (mentioned above) as well as the following conditions:

  • Be a Professional Facilitator ("Anim Pro") (see Become a facilitator ).
  • AND sign a sub-license agreement (Individual or Organization contract) with the association,
  • AND pay license fees to the association
= Professional use

License fees help fund the association’s support functions and give you access to an up-to-date workshop, resources, and tools to support your skill development and more. The prerequisites ensure the quality and standards required for professional facilitation.
